How to buy Litecoin with Kraken?
Use our Kraken how-to-guide to walk you through all the steps to purchase Litecoin
If you do not have a Kraken account you will need to set one up first. Don't worry, we have a how-to-guide for that too! If you have an account, continue to step 1.
Step 1
Log into your Kraken account.

Select Funding at the top of the page

Select the currency you wish to use and select deposit
Step 4
Select your deposit method and follow instructions

Select Trade in top left-hand corner

Underneath the Trade button you selected, and above New Order select Market
Step 7
Select the fiat currency you have deposited, and LTC then select Trade

Ensure if you are new to cryptocurrency to select the Simple option as this won’t seem so daunting!
Select how much Litecoin you want to purchase. You can use a market order which will buy Litecoin at the current price, or a Limit order to set the price you want to pay.
Make sure the total is correct, then select Buy LTC

Check the details of your purchase and Submit Order
